Having AP and EAD ( i am not primary ) and want to travel to india from atlanta for round trip. what are the documents i need to carry ? What are the things i need to follow ? For the infant baby who is USA citizen what documents i need to carry ?

This may be something that's already been addressed somewhere so my apologies in advance if that's the case
I'm getting ready to apply for my EAD extension. Should I be asking for/expecting one-year EAD or a Three-year EAD? Has the rule already been published by USCIS? Should my lawyer be doing something different from last time?
Another question is: Are we also going to get a 3-year AP?

1. Expert Opinion Letter
2. University Letter
and the I-140 RFE was cleared in 2 days and got the approval today (per USCIS case status).
Mine was PP.

I assume, You will have to report the income earned through foreign sources only if you are not paying taxes overseas. To get a better clarification, just consult a CPA
One has to pay taxes on worldwide income if filing taxes as US resident. He/she can deduct foreign taxes paid as credit. It does not matter if income is taxed or not in the foreign country.
This applies to interest earned on deposits in banks as well.

Just curious, why didn't you file in June 07? Your PD was current then? You would have been way ahead had you filed in June.

I just got the RFE for the I-131 and they just asked for two pictures.
I applied online and the asked me not to send anything, so now they requested these pics.
I already sent them, so hopefully I'll get my travel document soon!

I recently applied for EAD renewal and after three weeks of that I saw LUD changed on my 485 apllication for consequetive two days. Any Idea why ?
By the way my case is ACT 21 ( 485 filed on 2007 july) and my priority day is not even close to be current.
Any suggestions will be appreciated ?

i filed for EAD in early April this year. I could check the case status online and see it as "case received and pending". On the last day of April I received my EAD in mail but the status still showed the same.. There was neither soft nor hard LUD. Rather I checked it again today on May 7th and the status is still the same, no soft or hard lud..!

My H1-B Transfer has applied on 08-05-2010 in Premium Processing in California Center. I have not yet recieved any receipt until now (11 calendar days have passed; 7 working days). I asked the HR people of the company and they said usually it takes some time to get the receipt number. I am worried because it has already 11 calendar days and did not get any receipt number even though it is premium processing. Should I ask attorney to check with USCIS regarding my status of the petition? Are there any delays right now in the processing times in California Center? Is there any way that I can check my H1-B Transfer status with out having the reciept number? Should I ask the Attorney to contact the USCIS office?
By the way Attorney told that I can work for this company (who filed my transfer petition) as I got my LCA and right now I am working with this company.
Please throw some light on my case...

If your application is excessively delayed, you can always enter using a valid AP. Gurus correct me if I am wrong.

Are you doing a COS from H4 to F-1 or is your spouse going to India and getting F-1 stamped directly?
Question:
If one applied for a new F-1 at the consulate and for whatever reason F-1 is denied, can she return back on H-4 visa that's already stamped.?
The F-1 at the consulate - you get to know immediately rather than wait in limbo for H4 to F-1 COS.
And if H4 to F-1 COS get approved in the middle of a semester when one is taking less then full time load, what happens?

If under the bullet point (b) you have an option to choose "other" then choose that.
EAD is not a status; pending I-485 allows you to be "legally present" in the country without having a "legal status". Similarly, AP allows you to travel out of the country and reutrn without abandoning your pending I-485 application. (At least that's what my understanding is .....)

Talk to employer and tell him to your wages immediately. You shouldn't care about client or any one else. If you left the company then he should pay you withing 15 days. If he says he will pay after two months 3 months then he will just changed his address and you wont be able to track him down.
So talk to him and tell him if you dont receive a check in 1 week you will file a complaint in DOL wages and service division and also file a lawsuit in court too.

Be careful with your answer Owen... You already know what could happen with the thread... If everything goes as planned I'll be giving it a work out while shooting a gymnastics event this weekend. I can easly take thousands of shots during the event...
Last year I had to get up close and use a 50mm 1.8 lense with the d200 due to the poor lighting. I am hoping that I will be able to use the 70-200 2.8vr lense along with the d300. I have to stay a bit behind in the technology, so that I can afford new equipment ;) Who knows maybe I'll be able to pay for a good chunk of it with sales from the event ;)
I hope that it performs better in the high iso ranges as I have read.
I am excited... it's an addiction
