Syed Ruhollah Mousavi Khomeini (Persian:روح الله موسوی خمینی, pronounced [ruːhollɑːhe muːsæviːje xomejniː]was an Iranian religious leader and politician, and leader of the 1979 Iranian Revolution which saw the overthrow of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the Shah of Iran. Khomeini was a marja or marja al-taqlid ("source of emulation", also known as a Grand Ayatollah) in Twelver Shi'a Islam, but is most famous for his political role. In his writings and preachings he expanded the Shi'a Usuli theory of velayat-e faqih, the "guardianship of the jurisconsult (clerical authority)" to include theocratic political rule by Islamic jurists.

Beloved by millions of Iranians he was "the Imam, an ascetic spiritual leader whose teachings are unquestioned." Both his return from exile and his funeral were occasions of great emotional outpouring for millions.

In the non-Muslim world abroad he was described as the "virtual face of Islam in Western popular culture," known for his support of the hostage takers during the Iranian hostage crisis and his fatwa calling for the death of British citizen Salman Rushdie. TIME magazine described him as "a fanatic whose judgments are harsh, reasoning bizarre and conclusions surreal," and Iranian American scholar Vali Nasr as one who inculcated "fear and distrust towards Islam.

Named Man of the Year in 1979 by American newsmagazine TIME, Khomeini has been referred to as a "charismatic leader of immense popularity," considered a "champion of Islamic revival" by both Shia and Sunni scholars

Khomeini is controversially known as Imam Khomeini inside Iran and amongst his followers internationally, and Ayatollah Khomeini outside of the country

This post is about Shahid Dr. Muhammad Ali Naqvi.



Dr. Muhammad Ali Naqvi was born in year 1952 in the Illaqa Nawab Sahib in suburbs of Lahore, Pakistan. Then he completed his M.B.B.S from King Edward Medical College and started practice. He got fame as a student leader as he founded the 1st ever platform for Shi'a Students of Pakistan the Imamia Students Organization. He was also a senior leader of banned Tehrik Jaffaria Pakistan(T.J.P). He was martyred 0n 7th of March 1995 while he was going to Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex where he was employed. Some government agency terrorists fired his jeep at Yateem Khana Chowk, Multan Road Lahore. In this incident his gunman and driver Shaheed Zamin Taqi who belonged to Pasban-e-Islam, was martyred as he tried hard to save his leader, presenting himself as a shield. Later Shaheed Muhammad Ali Naqvi who was severely injured, was transferred to hospital but unfortunately he could not survive.



He was a strict follower of Khat-e-Khomeini (Path of Imam Khomeini). In other words, he was a follower of ISLAM-e-NAAB-e-MUHAMMADi (Pure Muhammadi Islam)

اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَی الْقَیومُ لَا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ لَهُ مَا فِی السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِی الْأَرْضِ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِی یشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ یعْلَمُ مَا بَینَ أَیدِیهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلَا یحِیطُونَ بِشَیءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلَّا بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِیهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَلَا یئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِی الْعَظِیمُ


It mean :

Allah is He besides Whom there is no god, the Everliving, the Self-subsisting by Whom all subsist; slumber does not overtake Him nor sleep; whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is His; who is he that can intercede with Him but by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they cannot comprehend anything out of His knowledge except what He pleases, His knowledge extends over the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of them both tires Him not, and He is the Most High, the Great.
